Our Program & Services

Our experienced case managers are passionate and dedicated to helping our clients successfully re enter communities in which we all live and work. They are our clients point of contact for all the assistance & resources needed to successfully re enter society. They provide personalized attention, a case plan, assistance with clothes, shoes, food, assistance with employment, referrals for mental health, drug & alcohol classes , and everyday support to facilitate our clients in breaking down barriers so that they may focus on successfully re entry journey. 

We offer a variety of vocational training assistance to fit schedules, learning styles, and career paths. Clients choose from online courses, in-person classes, and self-paced learning programs to meet their career goals.

We offer a variety of Financial Literacy classes to enhance financial knowledge and to give economically disadvantaged clients the best opportunity for success. We cover budgeting, creating a financial plan, opening accounts (saving, checking, CD‘s brokerage etc), stocks, opening a business, retirement, Taxes, real estate, and more. We know if you lead an individual down the right path, then he is destined to make the right turns.

We are a nonprofit organization and we offer our services free of charge. Clients enrolled in the program that are not employed or not involved in an internship are required to complete 160 hours of nonprofit community volunteer work.

Our substance abuse counselors help people experiencing drug & alcohol addictions.Helping clients recognize addiction tendencies, drug and alcohol education, alternatives to substance abuse, sponsorships to support recovery, group discussions, and one-on-one counseling.

Our Organization provides mental health services & resources to clients in need of assistance. Our services include key workers, community mental health nurses, health visitors, mental health groups, mental health education, counselors, and community support workers. Our mental health team is designed to help clients suffering from a mental illness to retain information , help with ways to cope, provide resources, and apply what they've learned real-world situations.
